250 Series

The compact 200 series of rotary pumps for dosing or metering applications.
250-PHO: Pump Head Only
The 250-PHO offers reliability and precision in a small package. The 250 pump head, with 2 1/4″ square housing, is capable of flow rates up to 450 ml per minute. The 250-PHO is a good choice for use from the laboratory to industrial applications. It is available in fixed speed, air drive and, variable DC configurations.

250-342: Vari-Flow™ DC Speed Control Pump
The 250 Variflow features the 250 pump mounted to steel base and coupled to a geared 300 rpm DC motor with a DC speed control. The control comes in three different levels that are specified by the last digit in the part number. Each control is encased in a NEMA 4X enclosure, and accepts either 115 or 230 VAC input power at 50 or 60 Hz. The table breaks down in greater detail the control options for the pump.

250-342-3 300 Rpm 1/16″ ID Tubing = 1.25 GPH
1/8″ ID Tubing = 3.5 GPH		 The dash 3 control offers the Forward/Reverse switch along with a Local/Remote switch than allows for a 4-20 mA or 0-10 VDC remote signal control.

250-400: Air Driven Pump
The 250-400 is an assembly consisting of an air motor and pump mounted on a steel base. The air motor is intended for safe use in applications where there may be explosive vapors or powders present.

Tubing Sizes:
The 250-PHO uses two interchangeable sizes of tubing: 1/16″ I.D. x 3/16″ O.D. or 1/8″ I.D. x 1/4″ O.D.
